This is my go to right now! One of my favorite upscale restaurants used this for their ginger margarita & paired it with ginger candy so I HAD I get my own. It's a game changer, it tastes so good, fresh, sweet & bold ginger flavor, spicy but not too spicy. I like sweet drinks so it's not too much sugar for me but it can be if you pour too much. It may seem expensive but A little truly goes a long way. I would compare it to putting the syrup in your coffee, just enough to coat the bottom of your cup. It's a syrup so the consistency is thicker. I love the natural ingredients, that's a big plus for me.

This syrup has a great, robust and fiery ginger taste that goes great with or without alcohol. Am extremely happy with it. You couldn't ask for a better syrup, other than one you could make yourself, which I do, and the results are as good. I don't squeeze the ginger in mine, and I don't have this cool color as a result.

This arrived quickly, and in a well, packaged parcel. It has a great, full mouth ginger flavor and warmth. I’ve been experimenting with mocktail recipes, and this adds great flavor. I also use this to flavor my carbonated, Soda Stream water. I add it to the already carbonated water. It doesn’t take much to add a nice flavor and warmth. With a dash of ginger bitters, I’ve got a nice mocktail. I’ve also added it to mock hot toddies and ginger tea for an extra oomph and a bit of sweetness. I’ll be experimenting with the other syrups—looking forward to trying the “Cure All Toddy” recipes at the above. My husband even used it in a marinade for steaks. The possibilities are endless. I recommend this product, and I will be a repeat customer.

This product has a lot of sugar and not much Ginger. You do get some taste and it might be OK for mixing drinks. I use extra lime juice to tone down the sugar when making fizzy soft drinks

I love this syrup! I thought the price was really high but since you don't have to use much to flavor your drinks it will last a while. The ginger flavor is fantastic! I use it in club soda to make a ginger ale type drink. There is a little heat to it but I really wouldn't consider it fiery. Very sweet but fine when added to soda or cocktails. I plan on trying it over vanilla ice cream.

This ginger syrup is delicious! The fragrance is enticing, and the taste is a deep fiery ginger. I mixed it in some cold water just to try it, and watched as the syrup danced up and down in the water. After I mixed it in and sipped, I discovered its smooth, sweet flavour. I am eager to try it drizzled on ice cream or added to vodka. I will definitely buy this again.

Not as spicy as I thought it would be - says fiery, but once you dilute it with your mixer it has a bit of bite but not fiery.
