When I tried them at first, I vomited. I decided to break them in half and 1/2 2xs a day for the first 3 days, then I worked my way to a whole pill 2xs a dayand I was fine. I noticed that if I wait 20 minutes to eat with the second dose, I get some nausea. I tried eating right away with both doses and I was fine. I still lost 3lbs in 4 days and had plenty of energy as well. I don’t feel any jitters like Phentermine from my weight loss Doctor.

I wish I could give this zero stars and I rarely write reviews, but I really wanted to warn people about this poison. It literally made me so violently ill and I am not a sensitive person with a sensitive stomach. I couldn’t figure out what was making me sick. I was literally gagging over a trashcan three days in a row and thought that I was just weirdly sick for no reason. My heart was beating. I was sweating. I was vomiting. I am not caffeine intolerant by any means. I don’t know what is in this stuff to make me so violently ill, but it is absolutely horrible. Please do not purchase. On top of that, there was no benefits from taking the medication at all, no energy, no appetite suppressant.

Work well for me it suppresses my appetite even though I had one small side effect and that was nausea it only happened the second time I took it so you have to eat and then take it right afterwards and it was very easy to take and know bad taste now I don’t know about weight loss yet but I will give a later up date on that.

Don't waste your money this made me extremely nauseas and I had explosive diarrhea. I am not sensitive to caffeine and I have taken prescription phentermine before and this is nothing like the prescription. Do not buy i would leave zero stars if I could

…do not take on an empty stomach. Currently having the salivating feeling in your mouth before you get sick. I knew better and still did it. But other than that work so far with the energy aspect.

I have only been using it for maybe over a week now but i notice when taking it i do get nauseated for like 30mins so i eat crackers to get rid of the nausea feeling however it has not provided me energy and i have not noticed any weightloss i believe im getting cravings more in evening time but im very stressed was just wrongfully terminated and my job was my passion i was a manager there for 9yrs and now here i am jobless and broken

follow the directions. make sure to drink a full glass of water with your 1st pill of the day or risk getting physically ill. It was a little trial and error. I can't say of ra fact that i was able to see much improvement because of how mych i was traveling when i started taking it. I am getting back into it now. I did notice some appetite reduction
