Unfortunately for me, I live in a state where there aren't any restaurants specializing in this wonderful cuisine. I also did not know much about how it was made or what spices were needed. This company was a godsend, and I absolutely loved this niter kibeh. I've been able to make my own dorowat and injera with success thanks to them! Everything came well packaged. I've also bought a ton of spices and teff flour from them and everything was delicious. Highly reccommend!

Delicious. It took a long time to ship but it was worth the wait. I made an amazing alicha wot with it and it was a huge hit with the family. This is a generous portion and I have plenty left for tibs. Will buy again
