Tout d'abord, je tiens a dire que j'ai reçu ma montre très rapidement.Son utilisation est très simple, elle s'est connectée immédiatement à mon téléphone. L'application est facile a utiliser. Elle est remplit de fonctionnalités : elle calcul les pas, les calories perdues. il y a une fonctionnalité sommeil j'ai pu comparer mes résultats par rapport aux personnes du même groupe d'âge, j'ai trouvé ça sympa! elle calcule également la fréquence cardiaque, l'oxygène dans le sang, la pression, . vous pouvez effectuer des exercices de respiration, vous pouvez envoyer des messages avec la fonction vocal, enregistrer 10 contacts préférés, personnaliser le cadran et j'en passe.... Elle est légère, de plus j'ai un petit poignet mais le cadran a une bonne taille. le grand plus pour moi c'est vraiment la batterie qui tient longtemps, déjà 5 jours sans la recharger! J'ai pu comparer celle-ci avec une montre connecté de grande marque et bien je dis qu'elle est vraiment top. Aucune hésitation à avoir et au vu du prix, foncez!

The full menu screen of all 16 widgets can be accessed by hitting the side button when the watch face is already on. Here's an overview of the apps: 1) Phone - Dial and answer calls. Contacts can be imported by using the associated GloryFit app. 2) Music - Adjust the volume, play/pause, and skip/go back on music that's playing on your phone. 3) SOS - Set an emergency contact in the GloryFit app and this person will be dialed at the press of a button. It only calls the number you set, it does not also call 911 (I tested this.) 4) Daily Exercise - Keep track of your steps, distance walked, and calories burned. 5) Weather - View the current weather and the forecast for the next 3 days. 6) Game - Play Flappy Bird on your watch. 7) Heart Rate - Check your current heart rate, the highest and lowest your heart rate was throughout the day, and your average from the last 7 days. 8) Alarm Clock - Set an alarm. 9) Camera - Use your watch as a shutter button to capture photos on your phone. 10) Training - Track your heart rate, calories burned, and time spent doing various activities. This data syncs to the app so you can view trends. 11) Breathing Exercises - Set the timer between 1-9 minutes on slow, moderate, or fast setting. 12) Settings - Adjust the watch face, brightness, sound/vibrations, DND, etc. 13) Blood Oxygen - Check your current oxygen level and the highest and lowest your levels were throughout the day. 14) Messages - Check your messages. This isn't limited to just text messages; on the GloryFit app you can select which apps you want notifications from and they have all the popular ones (Instagram, FB Messenger, Snapchat, Facebook, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, Gmail) and so much more. 15) Voice Assistant - Activate your phone's voice assistant. 16) Sleep - Check your sleep from the previous night. It shows how much sleep you got total, as well as how long you spent awake, in light sleep, in deep sleep, and in REM. Another feature that's worth mentioning but not on the widget page is that the watch face can act as a flashlight. While the watch face is on, swipe down and then to the left and you should see an icon with a flashlight which turns your watch face completely white. Also worth mentioning is that the wristband is comfortable and accommodates for a wide variety of sizes with 16 notches, and the battery life is incredible; a full charge should last you over a week. Personally, I can't think of anything else I would want in a smart watch. This watch is a great "dupe" for name brand smart watches, at an affordable price.
