Your ego goes cordless!
This is a VERY powerful blower! My daughter tried it the first time and her arm just went up in the air LOL. So I guess it's my blower, and they use the older one which has a bit less power than this one. The blower is well built, high quality, works right off the box, I usually wait for the sale price then buy it. Always check Amazon prices against Lowes, because both run some sale prices throughout the year and it's a good product for some savings.

This is a powerful tool
This is a great blower. We used it to blow junk off our pool cover before opening the pool. We also use it to clean the deck and patio. Next winter I want to try to see if it will blow snow off our front walk, that would be awesome. The only thing to know is that this requires the 4AMP battery or bigger. I have a 2.5AMP battery and tried to use that, and while it works, it won't go to full power with that battery. I called EGO and they explained that it requires a 4AMP or bigger. I also have a 7.5 AMP from my snow blower, and that works fine, but it is pretty heavy, but I am too cheap to buy yet another battery as I have three already. I just wish they made it work at full power with the 2.5AMP even if it only lasted 5 min. It would be nice for quick clean up jobs.

Quality equipment and storage batteries!
My third E-go product: Now have lawn mower, snow blower and this leaf blower. This unit is as powerful as my old Toro plug in, and much more versitile. It is heavy, but necessary for large volume leaf removal. A little bulky unless you have garage storage.

More power than I expected
Maybe I should admit I bought this blower after scrolling during nap time and thinking it might help me clear light snow off the driveway so I’m not juggling a shovel and a toddler. The 880 CFM power feels strong. When I aim it at the wall, it actually pushes my arm back a bit, which made me laugh the first time. I already used it to blow some leaves and dust out of the garage while the kids rode their scooters, and it did the job fast so we could get back inside for snacks. I’m glad I won’t be shoveling every little dusting of snow this winter.

It’s very good. Not perfect though
Very powerful. Controls awkward to use to control speed. Must be impossible with gloves on.

A True Gas Blower Replacement
Choosing this EGO Power+ blower was an easy decision after years of positive experiences with their previous models, consistently outperforming gas alternatives without the maintenance headaches. I appreciate not having to deal with mixing fuel, pull starts, or loud engines, which makes yard work much more pleasant. With a single 5.0Ah battery, I can clear my entire driveway and patio of leaves and debris with power to spare, usually finishing in about fifteen minutes. This is for anyone who needs serious blowing power but wants to leave the noise and fumes of gas equipment behind. I’ve been using EGO blowers for years, and this latest model continues to be a reliable part of my routine. What you may care about: - Delivers power comparable to gas blowers - Eliminates the need for fuel mixing and pull starts - Clears large areas efficiently on one battery charge - Provides a quieter and fume-free yard work experience What you may care about: • Meets: Strong airflow comparable to gas blowers • Meets: Easier to use regularly with no fuel or pull starts • Meets: Feels reliable for routine yard cleanup • Meets: Worth choosing over cheaper cordless models if power matters most • Meets: Slightly heavier, but feels more capable because of it

No battery
I missed that it didn’t come with a battery and they are more than the blower

Very powerfull and lightweight.
I’ve been using this leaf blower for a few weeks now, and I have to say the power is seriously impressive. It easily handles all sort of debris without much effort. The turbo mode is very useful for tougher areas. The carbon fiber construction feels solid and keep the unit relatively lightweight. The runtime is decent, but it drains fairly quickly if you frequently use the maximum power mode. Overall, this is an excellent blower for anyone who wants serious performance without switching to gas. Perfect for demanding residential use or even light professional work.

Light and powerful
Works really well with a five amp battery although smaller batteries are lighter the runtime can be quite short so ideally four to seven and a half amp battery works well depending on the amount of leaves in your yard i like the balance and pull the trigger to your speed the press the trigger lock to save having to squeeze the throttle trigger i prefer this over the 7650 and the LBX1000 but they all do a similar job of dispatching unwanted leaves this works on uk battery too

Super powerful
Great blower! Super powerful! Buy it on line if you already have batteries and a charger like I did because at retail they only sell it as a package with blower, battery and charger. I have three other ego products and 3 batteries but could not find a retail big box or otherwise that would sell me just the blower.

Most powerful residential leaf blower
Works extremely well. Most powerful Ego residential leaf blower. Battery dies a little quick but that is expected with a 880cfm blower. Has a neat screen which is a little gimmicky but still nice. A little hard to lock in the speed you want as it never gets it right for me but I am sure I just need some practice. Looking forward to also using it in the winter for some light snow clearing.

Unmatched Power for Snow & Debris, but Watch the Battery Gauge
I’ve been a long-time user of the EGO 670 CFM model, but I upgraded to the 880 CFM looking for that extra "punch." After several weeks of use—including clearing light snow and heavy autumn leaves—here is how it compares. The "Highs": • Performance: The 880 CFM is a beast. While it handles leaves easily, the real win for me is using it for light snow. It clears walkways, decks, and cars in half the time my 670 did. • Ergonomics: Despite the power, it’s surprisingly comfortable. If you use a smaller battery, it’s remarkably lightweight. It feels well-balanced in the hand, which reduces wrist fatigue during longer sessions. • Build Quality: The carbon fiber components make it feel premium and durable without adding unnecessary bulk. The "Lows": • Battery Hungry: This is the trade-off for that extra performance. It is significantly more "fuel-hungry" than the 670 CFM. If you plan on using Turbo mode frequently, you’ll want at least a 5.0Ah or 7.5Ah battery on standby. • Inaccurate Fuel Gauge: The digital display looks modern, but I found it to be more "eye candy" than a functional tool. The percentage/bars don't always reflect the actual juice left. • The Turbo "Drop-Off": My biggest gripe is that Turbo mode becomes unavailable once the battery hits the two-bar mark. It seems the tool limits power to protect the battery, but it’s frustrating when you have a stubborn patch of wet leaves and the "880" power you paid for suddenly cuts out while you still have 30-40% battery left. Comparison to the 670 CFM: If you are just doing dry leaves on a flat lawn, the 670 is likely enough and more efficient. However, if you deal with wet debris or snow, the 880’s peak performance is worth the upgrade—just be prepared to manage your batteries more closely.
