What are measurements on the XL size?

The basket is 13" x 11" and the tray underneath is 14" x 12".

What are the dimensions of this?

The basket including handles is 13 1/8 x 8 7/8. The tray is 12 1/2 x 9 3/8. This trade does not fit Emerill oven.

Can i make french fries using raw potatoes? how long should i cook them? at what temperature?

I have not French fries, but have cooked some potato wedges very nicely. I cooked them at 375 for 30 minutes. Next time I do think I will coat them with some olive oil before cooking, but they did turn out very nicely, an kept well when I reheated the left-overs. Hope this helps. One reason to coat the wedges with oil before cooking is to help them hold the spices I would like to use.

Can you us this crisper with an oven broiler? My gas oven has a broiler in a bottom draw.

I would not recommend using this crisper with a broiler. It was designed to work in an oven, where heated oven air is allowed to flow above and below the crisper basket. If you do place this in a broiler, I recommend checking the food every few minutes to prevent burning on the top. No, I would use this product in a conventional oven, either gas or electric, and at temperatures of 400F or lower.
