It's a good product for sue. But the 6 pounder may be 2 pounds too heavy for me. I ordered the 4 pounder so I can compare the two.

Great with core. Durable.

It seems to be a quality product. we have used it but really havent put it to the test. I am confident it will hold up.

Good for doing rope ball type exercises. I was a little disappointed with the lack of a rebound from the ball. Not much bounce. I have a 12 pounder by Aeromat with much better response.

Product is great for working contralateral movement’s and overall core training, however it did not last me longer than a month. Long story short I was working out with it and the rope snapped, the ball went flying off I ended up over compensating for the weight of the ball and scraped my knuckles on the ground while doing slams. My only real complaint is that I wish the equipment was a built a bit more sturdy so I can get my money’s worth out of it...

It said it was 6 lbs but it was not possible, I have a 4 lb one that weighs more, maybe it was mismarked but it was probably a 2 lb ball
