I have been intrigued by this brand of flashlights for many months, and I finally decided to just buy it.As a whole, the flashlight is a great design, is attractive, and appears to be built as solid as a cinder block. In the hand, it is smaller and lighter in weight than I had anticipated; this is nice.Really, the only reason I gave it only 4 stars is that the flashlight went dead exactly 21 days after the return period expired.

I don't understand why flashing modes are all the rage these days. It's overkill for normal everyday use. This little flashlight has two flash modes along with the practical hi-beam and lower beam light settings. I especially like that I can focus the beam output. There is a lanyard wire-spring ring on the body which is easily removed by pulling up on it. I didn't like the lanyard wire pressing against my hand but once removed it was comfortable to hold and grip was great.

I am very pleased with the Bostac BTZ - 35’s. Of the 2 I bought, both work as expected. I’ve tried many other brands and you would not believe the inconsistency I’ve found within multiples of the same model of the same brand. I’ve had Maglites, Surefires, Coast, and others I’d rather not remember. These are the best yet!I’ll buy a few more for the cars and homestead. Great product! Don’t change a thing.

this unit seems well made and has a super bright light. seeing that it is made in china only time will tell if it last

This flashlight is super bright, and the zooming option is a wonderful feature!

Best flashlight i've had of this type. The CREE LED bulb makes a big difference in brightness

So far so good, using it for morning and night walking with my dog Charley!Super bright and have fun with the telescope part!I am completely amazed at how this little flashlight lights up for a safe walk.
