Regularity is one of those things you don't think about until something doesn't happen and even then, when it doesn't happen for a while. We associate it more with getting older, but the truth is that it can happen at any age, especially if we don't drink enough water or eat properly.What makes this nice is that the drinks are aimed towards children. That doesn't mean that adults can't enjoy them, just that there's a higher focus on these being tasty for a child's palate. Us adults are more forgiving sometimes when it comes to things we know will make us feel a bit better. Children often are not. The brand has a variety of drinks, not just ones for regularity. Each has their own unique flavor and vitamin focus. All of them have vitamin C, which is nice, but this one has a focus on fiber. I like that the ingredients are pretty straightforward. The vitamin C and fiber are added into this, but they're really the only things that aren't fruit based.Taste-wise, this is nice. It's sweet, but not so much so that it would be an issue. As another person stated, this doesn't taste like prunes. I do like that flavor, but it's not always something you want to taste for a full glass. I think this would be a good one a day drink, although you could probably drink two if you are active enough. Just make sure that you take the sugars into consideration - it is fruit juice, after all. Price-wise, this is fine and about what I would expect for something like this, that is aimed at offering something more than just juice.

This Immunity Citric Boost juice boxes not only tastes great but are also refreshing. My whole family is thoroughly enjoying drinking this juice these days. I would love to try other flavors and yes, each box has a straw on the box like most other juice boxes these days. It does mention to Shake Well on the box but you can't really shake it because of pressurized air inside until you put the straw in the box to let the air out.
