Dont want to have to use it, but peace of mind

All in all it looks well made, comes with a bracket so you can mount it,I brought this fire extinguisher for my campervan, hopefully will never have to use it but better to be safe than sorry, it's a powder formula so should be good for putting out small fire.

The the side of the extinguisher says "not suitable for deep fat fryer fires" Why?NO MENTION OF THIS LIMITATION IS MENTIONED ON AMAZON'S WEB PAGE. I will now have to buy another type

I haven't used it, and hopefully won't have to, but arrived quickly, good size, with wall attachment, I feel safer with it.
