Softest buckets in the world , better going pound shop
The bucket gets a 1 star for it being a nice shade of blue , other than that it absolutely falls short of being fit porpose as a plastering bucket . I bought 2 to take on site mixing a full bucket , as soon as you try lifting , it's then you find the handles tear off easier than a prostiutes knickers . The first bucket lasted half the day , the second as I was using cautiously lasted a further 2 days . Not good enough from a company who makes plastering tools for tradesmen. I may also add I ordered 2 buckets together, each came packaged in a huge box with endless coushioning inside . Perhaps spend more making quality than packaging .

Structural failed and could have more issues
Literally fell apart on its first mix, unfortunately I feel this product is more suitable for washing cars then as a Plasterer’s bucket.Handle snapped as I was carrying the mix upstairs and the bucket split before I got too the topA really nice bucket with depth gauges but may as well have perished in the sun for how it fell apart. Really disappointedDoubt I’ll get any money back

Seriously faulty, shocking quality from Ox, professional I dint think!
Ox are normally hi spec, professional products, I have a plastering float and it is superb, lasted years. These buckets are complete rubbish, one threes days use and one handle fell off, cracking on the other one. The other bucket used once and cracking at both handles is obvious. Serious defect and dangerous when there is items in it and a handle falls off, should be safety recalled.

Buy OX buy twice
Complete rubbish looks ok but sadly after a few weeks use the bottom cracked while mixing. Get yourself a refina bucket trust me.

It's a cheap bucket.
This is just a very expensive bucket. Nothing tough about it. Same as a £2 b&q bucket. Don't waste your money

How wrong can you be.
I have a few OX tools which are pretty good so I thought when I needed a few new gorilla buckets I would get them from OX. This was a bad mistake. When they arrived they looked fragile and for the price I could of got two at the local cheap shop that looked better quality. My fears were proven right as on the third mix of plaster the handle snapped and the bucket was only less than half full. I will never by again.

Big 70L tub awful
Absolutely terrible. Handle tore off the very first time I used it. Wasn’t even lifting anything heavy doubt even 5kg. Very poor quality and cheap materials/construction given the price paid. The smaller ones seem better. The bigger 70L one is awful had I known it was like that I wouldn’t have ordered.

There was a hole in my bucket dear Liza!
I purchased, previously, a metal bucket which rusted and rotted away. So decided even though it is plastic and not good for the environment. Seeing as I was hopefully going to keep this a long long time, so not adding to waste plastic. I would give this a go. They are an excellent size for coal and blocks. The piece on the handle makes it comfortable to carry it when it is full. I don’t know about the longevity of it but it seems sturdy and robust. Well worth the moneyOh and no I don’t leave it by the fire, as of course it wouldn’t last long at all there!!!
