Well worth the money. Works nicely and when the electricity went out and when it came back on it came back on and reset itself and performed as it should good product would purchase again

Works fine from my own test.
The media could not be loaded. Works ok, it does respond to the leaked gas after about 1.5 minutes of one stove gas on in full , not fast but ok compared to my other gas detector that did nothing. Note since the natural gas is lighter than air around so the detector should be mounted over the stove.Check the video to see my test result.

As advertised, shipped quickly
No leaks yet but definitely has an alarm loud enough to wake the neighbors in an emergency! I have 3 spread through my home. That extra layer of protection helps me feel more comfortable in my home.

Feeling safer
I thought I had a gas leak when and realized my other detector didn’t detect natural gas. I bought this for a great price and it announces if you do have a leak and sounds an alarm. It comes with a warranty. It’s such a small price to pay for peace of mind you will know if there is a leak. Plug it in and it’s functioning.

It Works!
The media could not be loaded. Bought for a renovation where we replaced electric range and hot water heater with propane. YES...there's a necessary 3 minute warm up ANYTIME you plug in or lose power. During this time it verbally announces "warming up" about every 10 seconds. Yes...that part is loud and annoying. Once warmed up I tested with unlit propane torch. Alerted to possible leak in about 15 seconds. I continued to apply gas and it cycled through more serious warnings, both verbal, red lights and siren. After cutting off the gas, the alarm continues to alert until gas in the area dissipates and then resets to blinking blue light.
