Overall useless
Useless. Not ONE dead bug. Not even the light from the bulb part was decent... unpleasant glare. At least the blue light acted as a bit of a nightlight for getting that 2am glass of water... that's what earned it even 1 star. Even the box was unhelpful - very poor English. Bulb is what I would expect to find in the dollar store. Very poor quality.Extremely rare for me to give a negative review, but wanted to make sure others didn't waste $$ on this.

Doesn't work. I saw moths land right on the metal parts and nothing happened. It's also extremely cheaply built. It's supposed to have two light settings (white + blue or just blue) but I couldn't get this one to switch onto blue only.

Did not work. Decent concept but it’s hit or miss...
Used it day in day out and not a single bug or mosquito caught except a single fruit fly... (after 5 days of having the blue light on, along with the regular very bright white light to attract as main light source)Even plugged it in and propped it up on its own tall lamp stand so it was in the middle of the living where the mosquitos were rampant and still no luck what so ever...?Quite disappointed with this as the reviews and other buyers seemed to have quite the success.

The safety concern was well above my comfort level.
I tried to install this in my garage. When I flipped the light switch, everything connected to power outlets flickered and I tripped the breaker. It felt like a failed Tesla experiment. I unscrewed it and placed it on a shelf as a future conversation stimulator about “how I wasted money” in 2018. It seriously freaked me out.

Showed up broken in pieces. Wasn't delivery method, it's junk and I believe it was never even put together properly. Scary. This is the kind of crap that I fear might burn my house down. When dealing with electric, there need to be certain safety standards.

I was skeptical based on the other reviews. Ordered four of these for all entry points, and they REALLY do the job. You do have to clean them off every few days, but it's worth it when you're looking at a bunch of dead mosquitoes, flying ants, and the like.
