Well balanced flavors
This will be close to a restaurant recipe for Palak Paneer regarding the balance of spices. The label also indicates the red pepper level as one out of three, so you will know to increase the heat if you like things spicy. As cooks know, you can always add heat, but if the dish is too hot, you’re in trouble. A according to the label, one packet makes five servings, but that depends on what else you are serving. This is my preferred brand unless I go nuts and cook from scratch.

Great dish that's both tasty and healthy
Very easy to prepare. When in a hurry, I use petite crushed tomatoes and frozen cut spinach. For a healthier variation, double the spinach. It still tastes great!

Rather pointless
If you need to add spinach puree and paneer, you're most of the way to just making your own palak paneer. This only adds a sense of accomplishment to someone that hasn't made palak from scratch (which is literally 2 more steps; spices and the tomato/heat saute). Saves 5 mins and isn't nearly as savory. Your money is better spent on the milk for paneer or veggies for the palak mix.
