Review: My honest review - I’ve been taking Naed Iron for a while now, and I really wanted to share my experience because I’ve noticed some real changes. I first started using it because I was feeling low on energy and struggling to keep up with my daily routine. After a few weeks, I began to feel more energetic, less dizzy, and overall in a better mood — something I hadn’t felt in a long time. What I love the most is that it’s super gentle on my stomach, unlike other iron supplements I’ve tried before. Plus, it comes with 60 capsules, which is perfect for a two-month supply if you take one daily. It doesn’t have that metallic taste or cause nausea, and I’ve even noticed my skin and hair looking a bit healthier — probably because of the improved oxygen and energy levels. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a gentle yet effective iron supplement, especially if you often feel tired, pale, or don’t get enough iron from your diet.
Review: Works! No taste, No GI upset - Other iron has red 40 so I opted for this and took it my entire pregnancy. No taste. It did not make my stomach hurt as long as I had food in my stomach. It was effective in raising my hemoglobin!

## Features

- WELL-ABSORBED IRON: 65mg as Ferrous Bisglycinate has high bioavailabilty and better absorption than ferrous sulfate which is the least expensive and most common type of iron supplement. Iron bisglycinate is also associated with less stomach intolerance.
- BLOOD SUPPORT: Iron is an essential mineral for the formation of new blood cells and ferrous bisglycinate shows some benefit over other iron supplements in increasing hemoglobin and ferritin levels.
- INCREASE IRON LEVELS: Symptoms of iron deficiency include fatigue, weakness, pale or yellow "sallow" skin, shortness of breath especially with activity, dizziness, rapid heart beat, tinnitus, drowsiness, irritability, infrequent menstruation, and loss of libido. *Note: Daily values are what the U.S. Government determined as the amount just over what is needed to keep from developing a specific nutrient-deficiency disease. The optimal amount to make a difference in your health is often much higher than the government value.
- VEGAN IRON SUPPLEMENT: Vegan, GMO Free, Gluten Free and Made in the USA. Capsule size 00 = 23.4mm length and 8.53mm diameter. Adults, for iron deficiency take 1 capsule daily with water and a meal.
- THE NAKED DIFFERENCE: Founded over 10 years ago to help support your health and fitness goals by sourcing premium ingredients, using as few of them as possible and being transparent so you know exactly what's going into your body.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works! No taste, No GI upset

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent iron supplement option
*by B***A on March 16, 2026*

As a newly postpartum, nursing mom, adding an iron supplement into my daily routine was really important. I have noticed an immediate impact on my energy levels and how much better I feel on the days I take this supplement. It leaves me feeling great! The capsule has an ever so slight metal taste when you pop it into your mouth (which was to be expected with an iron supplement) but the taste is gone as soon as the pill is swallowed, no bad aftertaste left behind. It is easy to take and I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. I’m happy to have found a clean supplement with no extra additives that I can trust to put into my body while nursing my baby.
