**Q: Can you sew patches on this bag?**
A: I would not sew patches - it’s not cloth.

**Q: Where is the water bottle pocket? I have a slot on the right side of the bag but once a bottle is there the pocket is practically unusable.**
A: The slot you are referring to next to side pocket is not for bottle of water but for cell phone. One of the side pockets has two zippers, so the idea is to keep bottle in it while zipped as much as you can to hold it in place, but unfortunately it doesn't work good with any average to larger size bottles. The lack of easily accessible water pocket is the reason I am not giving this backpack 5 stars

**Q: There are small loops on the side of all outside pockets. Any idea what they are for?**
A: “These loops do not have a specific purpose for the function of the backpack, however, they are helpful for adding extra gear (carabiners, etc) to your bag for easy carrying.”

**Q: is there a tumi backpack that can take a 15" laptop?**
A: Yes, this one. I also have Tumi Alpha 3 Bravo in congo print (looks nice on females and my hubby has it in grey) and it also hold my 15.6 in work laptop which is slightly over 1 in in thickness
