I recently had the pleasure of trying ALPHA LION's Superhuman Extreme pre-workout formula after trying a bunch of misses in a row, and let me tell you, it's nothing short of exceptional. As someone who has been using pre-workout for years now and has built up quite a tolerance, I was blown away by this product's performance on multiple fronts. Now, onto the performance. Superhuman Extreme truly lives up to its name. The formula is potent and fast-acting, providing an intense surge of energy that's perfect for powering through even the most demanding workouts. This is particular impressive for me because, as I mentioned, I've been taking pre-workout almost daily for years. RIP my liver and kidneys. But, it's a testament to the product's effectiveness and potency. One of the standout features of this pre-workout is the absence of a crash. While some high-energy pre-workouts can leave you feeling drained or jittery afterward, I had steady energy throughout my workout and after. There were no unpleasant crashes or post-workout fatigue, which is a game-changer for maintaining productivity after the gym. This pre-workout is not for the faint of heart, but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who needs something strong for their workout.

Great pre workout, great taste.

Great product and it does the job… extended release caffeine so I didn’t ever really feel a crash… I’ve tried a bunch of products over the years and this one is up there with the good ones.

I’ve been taking pre workout for years, and I have to say the taste on this one is good! It taste like a watermelon jolly rancher, my partner says it’s sour but to me it’s not. Some preworkout has this weird chemical taste plus it’s very chalky, but tbh this one mixes well and doesn’t have that taste. The ONLY PROBLEMS that I have are it’s very foamy when mixing it and it makes me burp a lot while working out, it’s probably a me thing but I would give this products a shot… especially the taste. Also the tingly goes away quick, 10 min into the workout I tend yo not fill it.

I was a little skeptical after using a different preworkout since the company I’ve been using made V1 and now their on v4, I don’t think I can say the name with getting flagged but iykyk, every new one it got worse and worse to the point where I felt nothing but for whatever reason I continued to buy it. I decided to try something new and I am blown away. This dosnt upset my stomach at all, the caffeine lasts all day, I don’t need more energy drinks during the day. The watermelon is a little strong on the flavor like a concentrated jolly rancher. No jitters or feeling over stimulated, it’s fantastic. It’s expensive but worth it, I was paying 45+30x2 for my pre workout and energy drinks so this to me is saving almost 50% off my normal usage. I’m very pleased and will gladly reorder.

Please take with precaution, I took this pre workout today at 3:45 I was okay the first hour but shortly after my workout I started feeling very sick and my husband as well he was sick for a lil bit but I stayed sick for several hours. It made us both have the runs and I started throwing up as well I couldn’t keep anything down and started feeling very dizzy and lightheaded nothing worked I even tried drinking water to help me stay hydrated but it was not enough. The only thing that helped me was to get it all out and just keep throwing up till it was out my system I had the jitters and was shaking uncontrollably. I would suggest taking half a scoop like the container says( we took a full scoop bc we thought it wasn’t that bad because we usually take bulked and we normally don’t have no issues with that. I would suggest to sticking with a lower pre workout if your very sensitive, we got the Slaughtermelon flavor. I still am feeling queasy and it’s been several hours since I’ve taken it so please be cautious with this product.

This is amazing! Color is vibrant! You do get an energy boost! I feel the effects over course of an intense lift. I’m 6’3 260 lbs and can move! I take one scoop instead of two! Very effective! Efficient! Solid and good amount of servings for the bottle serving size! Price is reasonable.
