Quality seems high, I've been drinking it for a week and I feel great but I can't tell if that's just from this supplement or all the other stuff I am also doing. I recently increased my water intake to appropriate levels and have started working out again. I take this about an hour and a half after my afternoon workout and it helps sustain my energy for the rest of the afternoon into the evening. **Q: With such amazing ingredients, why leave out turmeric for anti-inflammation and milk thistle, beet root and artichoke for detox?**
A: Beetroot is included. We had Milk Thistle, but it is considered a restricted substance in Europe, so we had to remove it because we sell there as well. We have a standalone Turmeric supplement and also include it in our Whole Food multivitamins. We didn't include it here because we didn't want to add curry flavor to the delicious blueberry flavor we already have. We will consider Artichoke for future versions of the formula.

**Q: is this product gluten free?**
A: Most Greens products contain wheatgrass, which is the shoots of the wheat plant. Wheat has gluten. Although the grass itself is gluten-free there is always a little bit of gluten contamination when the wheat and the grass are being processed together. Some Greens manufacturers claim their powders are gluten-free but in reality, they have traces of gluten in them. We prefer not to claim our product has no gluten, although it has less gluten than many products that claim to be "gluten-free".

**Q: Can we get a list of vitamins contained in this product and how much of each?**
A: The Raw Greens SuperFood is not a vitamin supplement and does not have this information. In general, Greens are high in vitamins A, C, & K, but they don't have much vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium.

**Q: Can i use almond milk instead of water? what you recomended?**
A: I use Premier proteine shake. Also Ideal protein Chocolate Pudding, drinks. Works great with almond, coconut, flax milk.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So very very much... flavor.

While I'm giving this a shot and have some hope it will help at least a bit (I eat like utter crap and any help is welcome while I try and fix things) I do have to say - I don't know what horrific things other reviewers have tried before this to praise, in any way, shape OR form the flavor. It mixes into liquids really well. No grittiness. But oh so so so very much flavor. And whoever had the gall to put 'berry flavored' needs to walk outside of the lab and go to the grocery store for some berries to try. This? This isn't berry flavored. Is it undrinkable? No. But unless you have the worlds strongest tasting smoothie or uber concentrated juice - just shotgun the stuff like you are back in college at a frat party. The less time you spend with it in your mouth, the happier you will be. This is one of those things you have to either bury the flavor like crazy or just sigh, put on your adult knickers and knock it back reminding yourself it isn't for taste it's because of potentially decades of crap eating. Basically, if adult, just drink it quick. If giving someone younger? Better find the strongest flavored drink they will consume and try your best to hide it. You won't fall over at the flavor, it IS drinkable, it likely IS better than a lot of other options out there, but it also isn't going to be the best part of waking up, finding this green... stuff in your cup.
