Great item. Easy install. Perfect fit

As with anyone, buying a replacement part for a product that is not being produced anymore it’s always a little scary. Reading the reviews for this particular product, while overall favorable, I still had some Lori reviews. I’m here to tell you, fear not! After searching for a quick YouTube how-to video and a smart design by Dell, made it fairly easy for almost just anybody to make this replacement. My computer sat dormant for about a year, and once I installed this power supply, it has been working flawlessly for about a week so far. All updates for the computer are completed and I can finally start working on my desktop once again. Don’t hesitate, get this now, and start productivity!

I had our Dell optiplex entertainment center mini PC die. I assumed it was the old power supply because of how it was acting. Swapped out the old power supply with this one on a matter of minutes. There's several excellent YouTube videos on how to do it. Turns out the fault is something else. I suspect a blown capacitor on the motherboard now. This unit fits and functions like the OEM power supply.

The PSU itself works flawlessly. The decision of buying this usually comes down from making sure your old PSU is really malfunction. You don't wanna buy this one, put it in you Dell Optiplex, and your PC still has the same issue. One data point from my case: I have my computer running 24/7. One night the PSU just blew up and sounds like when the air condition is cranked up, non-stop. I shut the PC off by pressing/holding power button. Every time I tried to reboot, only the fan is responding, runs extremely loud, monitor doesn't show anything, act as if there is no signal coming through. Since the fan was actually responding, I doubt initially if the PSU was dead, and it turned out DEAD. I ordered this PSU off Amazon, pop it on and the PC is alive.

this power supply wouldn't work it's dimensions are wrong it didn't fit into the computer case .

I used a Youtube video to install it. Easy once you see it done. Ten minutes and I was up and running.

The product has no issues, it's a great product and I returned it just because I have changed the ATX casing and I have to replace other size. My advise is, always buy stuff according to size and shape. Thank you Seller and Amazon Canada
