What is that tool that looks like a fork used for? ( I'ts a black handle w/ screw and a u-shaped piece of wire)

Dear Rocco, Thank you for your question. The IC extractor, i.e. the fork-like tool, can assist with the de-soldering/removal of ICs. How to use: when concentrating hot air to the soldered chip, you can wedge both tips of the extractor in to lift the IC easily. This helps avoid damaging the IC. Can this equipment work with 220V input power supply?

The purpose of a transformer is to change input voltage to output voltage. Someone commented on the transformer and may not have l8ojed at the input value but saw the output value instead. Their products are genuinely compatible with with 240v. The unusual part of that person's reply was that the transformer was rated at 50 Hz, which would not work in the USA, and I a confirm it works over here. However, Europe works on 50 Hz and several countries work on 240 volts which would require a transformer to turn it into 120v at 50 Hz

Dose it have a cooling fan in back?

Where is the pump locking bolt located at the bottom of the unit? The manual has no picture for point of reference.
