I stand on this at work for hours at a time while working on my standing desk. The mat does provide some cushioning, but I'm not sure it provides any real benefit. It does give me a sense that it is easier on my feet and legs while I stand, but I really cannot tell. It could be better if if was thicker and had better/firmer cushioning. But then again, you get what you pay for.Conclusion:Looking for a cheap mat and don't suffer from pain and just want to be proactive about managing pain, then this should serve you fine. If you actually have pain from standing and are seeking real releif, then this mat is not really going to help you. Save your money.

Being someone who cooks 2-3 times a week, these pads are really quite nice. They offer enough support to keep your feet from hurting, and they are a little warmer than the tile floor.

It's a bit of a let down. Not for working on for hours. My daughter has a mat for doing hair on, I should have gotten it, but I didn't because this one costs more and thus, I made the mistake of believing it to be better. HA! NOT! I'll keep it, but it's not for working on, it's for doing the dishes - and a few moments, definitely not for standing on your feet while working... no way.

The mat is nice and cushy but the outer covering is cracking around the perimeter. This began only a day or so after I received the product. It seems there is not enough allowance in the outer cover for the expansion of the mat when stepped on. It has met my expections as a comfort mat but I didn't think it would show wear this soon.

This simply wasn't as good as the description made it sound. I have used a good mat that I got from Costco for about the same price, and I love it. But it's just a little too wide for the space where I use it. This one looked like it would fit the space better, so I ordered it. The old (Costco) one is just shy of 1 inch thick. So when I saw, in the product description that this mat measured a full 1 inch thick, I figured it had to be at least as good as the Costco one. I was wrong. It turns out, the dimensions they give for the mat are actually the dimensions FOR THE BOX IT COMES IN! Yes, the box is a full inch thick, but inside the box, there's also a piece of corrugated cardboard and some plastic wrapping, and it's still far from a tight fit. So the actual thickness of the mat is closer to 1/2 inch. Probably less. It feels like I'm standing on a thick throw rug on a hard floor. I returned it.

This mat has been a blessing. I can stand longer with less fatigue and pain, I only wish I had bought a larger one.

So comfy! But wish I knew the size before I purchased. It ended up being too small for our kitchen so now we use in the master bath.

The anti-fatique aspect is good, but the mat started to fall apart 3 hours into use.The edges were falling apart after minimal use and minimal traffic on it.
