To boost the effect, I used them together with Herpecin-L Pain Relief Treatment with Lidocaine, and the results were impressive. In just two days, the sores were completely dried, and the only thing left was a small scab — which, honestly, is the only downside for me. The sore doesn’t fully disappear; instead, it dries out and scabs, which causes a bit of discomfort, but that’s part of how the healing works. The Herplex tablets were very easy to take, and I had no side effects. I truly believe that using the tablets together with the topical Herpecin-L made a big difference.
