Do not buy this it will break. First one I bought stopped working after 2 weeks . I was able to return it for a new one. That one worked for a month before it stopped working. It's the remote that goes beacuse the head part will still work when you use the power button that's on the head part. The only way to turn the mat on is via the remote. I was only able to return the 2nd mat up until February 6th..it stopped working on the 13th. Now I'm put over 100 bucks. I did like it when it worked it was really helping me. This thing just isn't wired correctly or with quality products. Anyone who gave this a good review must not have used it very often. If you only want it for a short time you'll be fine but if you intend to use it daily buy something else.

Ordered this for my husband, back tightness and lower back pain from arthritis and old football injuries. He really liked how much area it covered and how it eased the tightness. THEN...I pulled something..hamstring/IT not sure but I hurt so bad I crawled into bed like a sloth...letting pain subside after moving a bit. He "let me" use this pad because I looked like I was in such pain. It is not like other shorter versions massage mats that are lumpy with the hardware under your legs. I've been using this mat am/pm and sometimes in between to loosen up the clinched muscle with heat...20 min/hr...per my orthopedic surgeon. It has kept me moving. It is soft enough to be comfortable, but keeps its shape. Controls are awesome...hit the power on, then you can choose from all 4 regions at once, click again can go from 1,2,3,4 individually, or click the 5th time to use region 1 & 2, 6th click is region 3&4. Click one more time and you can turn the massage off...just use the heat. You can run it with the heat off...just click the button from H to L..then off. It is so comfy to sit on, I forget its there. It has elastic/velcro straps that you can wrap around the back of a kitchen chair or office chair...so versitle...you can lay it flat and enjoy a really relaxing treatment laying down. Yeah I know this is long...but I had to share how great it is. You will not regeret or return this, it was well worth every penny and has got me moving again

Would have probably given 5 stars but not able to use it. Missing the power cord.

We bought the Therazzagge massage mat about a month ago. The mat comes with a Shiatsu neck rest massager that is removable (zippered) if you want to use the mat separately. First of all, my wife LOVES the mat. It's comfortable, well made, quiet and the 10 massage motors are strong and well placed along the length of the mat. She deals with back problems. She uses the mat on the bed - the mat has been a tremendous source of relief for her. We use the Shiatsu attachment separately, though you can use it attached to the mat if you want to use it while also massaging your back. The Shiatsu is well made and has various speed and rotation functions. We like to detach and use it as a thigh and calf massager. It works well for that. The mat and Shiatsu combo has a corded control unit that activates both device functions. When separated, the Shiatsu and the mat have their own operating controls. We will definitely buy this mat again. It's that good.

The "wedge" massage neck and shoulder piece is where this shines! Put both pieces on the floor, a pillow under your knees, and enjoy the wedge, changing its configuration to suit the intensity massaging the neck and shoulder areas. The mat section is comfortable and provides warmth with various vibration patterns.

I’m very happy with this massage mat! The fact that it is a mat instead of a rigid chair add-on really separates this product – I love using it in bed where I like to do work on the computer, reading, or watching television. The heating option is very nice and helps keep me warm in bed and makes for a nice relaxing massage. The pillow also provides support for it to be used in bed as well. It is also very portable, which you will see when you open it from the box – as it is folded up nicely. The construction is very solid, including the remote, and there are a variety of vibration settings. I would note that the mat only has massage functions and no shiatsu functions. Very nice unique product!

Wiring broke after a month of use. My husband fixed it twice but couldn’t fix the third time. Bad circuit board. Ended up buying a new one from a different company.
