Great product and a lot in the package
I bought this Kadayif to make the trendy Dubai-style chewy cookies, and I’m very happy with it. First of all, the quantity was very generous. I originally expected to have to toast the Kadayif myself, but this one was already roasted, which made the whole process much easier and more convenient. It was exactly the kind of Kadayif I was looking for, so I was really satisfied with this purchase.

Used to make a variety of Dubai chocolate themed bakes and worked perfectly! Taste was lovely, did take a whilst longer to fully brown/crisp in the frying pan that I expected, but just stick with it and you’ll know when it’s finally done.

Love this stuff, get a really good amount, it goes along way especially if your looking to make home made pistachio chocolate bars, you’d be able to make quite a few with it so in the long run, seems like good value compared to how much the chocolate bars are sold for
