I believe it is much better than the regular premium.

Do Epson Photo papers have logo or other printing on the back? Looking for blank-back photo paper with no Logo!

Epson's least expensive 8.5x11 Glossy Photo paper does not have a logo on it. As far as I know all their better papers do have a logo.

Can I use in my canon pixma printer

I would think so. Photo papers are interchangeable
