Damaged product sent. Replacement taking more than 15 days.

I am writing to express my disappointment upon opening the parcel and discovering that the Diya glass was broken inside the box. 😡

vaat(thread) should be given in quantity or make it available separately
Product is very good, but its vaat(thread), is not available in the market, so its difficult to find out to fit into lamp. So please give it in the quantity to easy avability of the same. As the vaat(thread) is not available on Amazon. Otherwise product is useless without vaat (thrad). So please consider it.

Not suitable for long lasting diya.
This does not help if you are planning to keep this lasting fr 24hours. The wick you insert gets stuck in the rolling wheel.

Wick system is good but oil or ghee leeks out so constant refilling is required . Thus messy

Don't buy akhand Diya use Diya for akhand joyth
Very poor product oil leek and it doesn't work this is a fourth time I'm using for the puja
