I’ve been using it for 3 days and already see that it works I’ve lost weight as well but I’m for sure not eating big portions and I’m not feeling hungry at all I literally will go all day without eating (but I don’t ) I just have to remind myself to eat . Easy to swallow as mentioned in other reviews no side affects to report either. I would recommend this to anyone just like it was recommended to me.

Do not waste your money!!! Does not work, I actually gained 6 pounds and have not been able to use the bathroom. It does not make you lose your appetite at all. It actually made me more hungry. Save your money.

I’ve struggled to suppress my appetite, but these are amazing! They are easy to swallow, give me energy, the taste is subtle, the pill size however is more on the bigger side, so chug a lot of water after. I love that the ingredients are all natural!

This is not a true GLP-1 like you would get at a doc. It helps reduce sugar cravings. I have been on a true GLP-1, and the effectiveness is not the same as Lemme. Lemme I would consider more of a multivitamin. It is not going to give you immediate noticeable effects. I took this for a month and saw a very tiny difference in my appetite and hunger. For the price though, I would say it is a great alternative for someone who does not have a significant amount of weight to lose.

Using it for almost 3 weeks and haven’t really noticed a huge difference. In the beginning it curbed my cravings but lately it doesn’t seem to be as effective. I haven’t shed any lbs yet. Frustrated. Pills are large and you take 2 a day.

My metabolism used to be a furnace, but with age and menopause has slowed down, even if I'm not eating more than I used to. I have been using these for about 4 months or so. The first month I noticed I was having a lot of...bathroom visits, but that slowed down and stopped. By month two I was losing weight and now at month 4 I have lost even more. I'm not one to go by the scale but rather how my clothes fit. They fit better and I've gotten comments from my co-workers who see me daily. It helps to curb my appetite and I also think it burns fat and and helps with water retention, at least for me. I will always use these for as long as they work for me! I order them on the main website because they're cheaper there.

Update: I have used this for 2 months now and haven't see a difference in my weight loss; actually, I gained 5lbs. :( I wanted to continue using this for 3 months as they suggest however, I'm afraid of the weight gain during this time. I'm going to finish the bottle with hopes of something great happening....I was hesitant about buying this however, the first day taking it, I realized my hunger was gone that afternoon. Since I have trouble with snacking in the afternoon/evening, I decided to take this in the afternoon (3pm). This seems to help me with the amount I eat at dinner which has helped me lose 3lbs. in 1 week without trying. I'm going to continue taking this until the time my cruise comes up...hopefully, I can drop that 20lbs. I want to lose by then.
