My wife is 81 with severe osteo in both knees. No matter what she tried (short of surgery), gave little ease in the 24/7 pain - which is worsening. Love these!! They have been a LIFESAVER helping my mom's knees (she has bone on bone in both knees), but she gets much relief from these! They do warm a bit, and have an odor from the wormwood, but works amazing amd helps with pain within half an hour. Our whole family uses them!

I was on the fence about purchasing this item, but man I’m glad I did they work very well . The only issue is that they don’t have a ziplock on the individual packs inside the box , I really don’t know if they can go stale but I grabbed a sandwich bag (ziplock) problem solved. These have worked very well for me, I like them. I have tried a couple of different brands, these are very good. They do stick very well, and for people that complain about smell - realize you are buying herbs, far better for your health than medicine with side effects. The smell is just fine and normal. Also once you take off the patch, shower and the smell is gone. It's also not a bad smell at all, it smells like herbs. I can wear these for longer than some other brands, which lets me get more movement. I like them a lot.

The patches do give some good relief on the knees. I use it there mainly. I also tried it on my neck like it said you could. That was a pretty intense feeling. I only lasted 2-3 hours. It was uncomfortable peeling it off. While the scent is pleasant, it is very strong. It is fine on my knees but I make sure to wash my hands after putting it on. For the relief I do get on my knees, I do recommend it.
