1.Use our original USB-C display cable. Other charging-only cables won’t work 2.Ensure laptop USB-C port supports Thunderbolt or DP Alt Mode 3.For work laptops, restart first. A security block may cause it fail to work, contact your IT for permission

What can I do if the monitor flickers or it looks dim or blurry?

1.Flickering: Use the original power adapter to power the monitor. Please do NOT connect the USB-C OTG port to power source. 2.Dim/Blurry Screen: Reset the monitor in the OSD menu, then increase the brightness and adjust the resolution as needed.

What if my laptop doesn't have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Old Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook )

You need a (mini)DP to HDMI adapter for connection.

What should I do if touchscreen does not work?
