Has this been lab tested? do you have any official lab test results? the specs say uv, how can we be sure it is uvc?

Hi, Thank you for asking this question. Of course we have tested this product in the lab and have the results. We have been selling UV products for more than 20 years. All the products are designed and manufactured by ourselves. And "Cotton knight" is the official resisted brand name in the US market. Not like some other UV products, they just purchase parts from other vendors and assemble them together. So you will find a lot of similar products on the market. But you cannot find Cotton Knight products anywhere else. We are selling on amazon directly. Let me know if you have any suggestions and we could upgrade our products. Also amazon is very strict on UV light sanitizers. We need to provide approved documents to amazon to sell. If you want to test the UV strength, there are a lot of UV test papers you could purchase easily. Or there are a lot of other ways to test, you could search some videos online, I saw some people use bananas to test. Do not stare at the UV light, otherwise your eyes will be damaged. Remember, it is the real UV-c light with 253.7 nm wavelength, you will see the difference when you use it. It is not the UV LED light.

Mine only worked for three months :/ using it 30 minutes / day. Hardly 8000 hours. Any hope of getting a replacement bulb - what is the warranty?

Amazon has 30 days free return and replacement. You could simply replace the item, or I can ship you a new one for now. After one month, bulbs can be purchased on amazon and you can apply for a free bulb replacement if the bulbs have no Physical damage at all including cracks in the first year.
