The gum itself looks weird but the flavor is good. The texture is kinda hard at the beginning but as your saliva breaks it down and you chew it becomes chewy. I personally cannot chew the gum that long because it gets kinda tough after the flavor is gone. But the gum works. I started with acid in the back of my throat and the coating this gum provides minutes after being chewed works for me! I can also feel how the coating disperses and i feel the coating. The first time it felt weird but now it's just like chewing regular gum. This is the most expensive gum i have ever purchased but given that it works for me I dont mind the price.

I love this product. It gives relief immediately. It’s a little crumbly at first but it lines out as you chew it. It IS quite expensive - but it’s worth it to me for the relief and portability I get.

It helped me when I had gastric reflux. Mine was bad and I coughed for months. That's what it did to me. Changed my diet, stopped eating late. Use a slanted pillow to sleep now. Dont need any longer and 4 stars because it is pricy.

I’m not sure if the box I got was stale, but they were hard as a rock and almost broke my teeth to chew it and tasted horrible I still tried to chew it just so I can get the medicine to me, but even after the gum softened up a little bit, it was so hard to chew I had to spread it out. I will be returning these.

This stuff has truly helped me. It is fast acting and has always relieved me of acid reflux immediately. Only down side for me is sometimes it isnt a permanent solution. But I didn't buy it expecting that. The fact it gives me fast acting relief when needed is its primary selling point. Taste great, but the texture is a bit weird sometimes until you get it chewed up real good.
