I've purchased this cough syrup multiple times, and it's become a must-have in our home. My daughter tends to get sick often during the fall and winter months, and when she has a sore or itchy throat, this is the one product that consistently helps soothe it. Gentle and Effective Kids Cough Relief
I like using this Genexa kids cough syrup because it’s made with organic ingredients and doesn’t have any dyes or artificial additives. It has a honey base that seems to help soothe my child’s cough and it’s gentle enough that they don’t complain about taking it. It feels like a cleaner option compared to regular store brands. The only downside is that it is a little pricey, but I feel better knowing what I’m giving my child. Overall, I would buy it again.

This stuff is AMAZING!! My toddler is 3 so when we have a COLD sneezing and couching we have LEG PAINS!!! For some growing reason… I give to him at night BEFORE brushing teeth. We don’t need any cavities! And he sleeps sooo well! Dry cough?… GONE! Runny nose?… GONE! Restless sleep?… GONE! Leg pains?… GONE! 🤷♀️
