Great Taste and Energy Boost
These taste really good and are easy to drink. They give me a nice boost of energy without feeling too heavy, and I like that they also help with hydration. Great for workouts, busy days, or whenever I need a quick pick-me-up. I’d definitely buy them again.

You're better off with the powdered stuff.
It was okay for the taste, the carbonation and the benefits it gave were nice but flavor was not that great people usually like to have like a lollipop or popsicle type flavor not a big fan.
