Go on Facebook marketplace for better.
It will get you around a bit easier I guess, but it can’t take hills whatsoever. Even going up a driveway is a challenge for the board and anything with the slightest bit more of an incline will force it to just give out and start rolling backwards. On flat ground you can get it up to about 20mph, the brakes work pretty well for what it is, but it just isn’t a great product overall. Maybe if it had more than one motor it would be decent, but I doubt it. Do with this information what you will, that’s just my two cents. For reference, I’m 6’0 - 180lbs currently and the product came used, so that may also have had an effect on my results.

Cheap
The board is cheap. The grip tape was lifted and peeled in some places. The remote is CHEAP plastic and broke after one week.

Highly Recomend
I was suprised with the speed and the quality of the battery. I only charge it once but until now still have juice on it.

Lightweight and smaller e-skateboard
This is a pretty lightweight electric skateboard. It’s more like a penny board and is very easy to take with you. It has cut outs on the sides that work great as handles and the remote has all of the settings you need for speed ,battery, and braking power. The board was able to take me around with no problem and I’m around 200 pounds but I would recommend for a lighter user. But that speaks to the design and quality of the unit. I was able to get going to over 10 mph. The board is easy to recharge as well. I plugged it in and it took a few hours and the charger is not too big or bulky so if you needed to you could probably throw it in a backpack and take it with you. The wheels are very smooth. The board is very small overall so just make sure that it’s the size you want before ordering because so many of the electric skateboards are much larger. this is definitely a cool electric skateboard and I would recommend to anyone that wants a more portable option.

Excited to ride
I haven't really ridden this thing yet as I'm waiting for my helmet to arrive. But this thing looks and feels amazing. I'm also pleasantly surprised that this will go up to 17mph with a 9 mile range. I don't know that I want to test out the range as it would be a total pain to walk back home while carrying the skateboard. I'm sure that carrying 8.5lbs walking back 9 miles isn't going to be fun. The most I've done do far is ride it around a little in the backyard for s few feet to practice. That's a good thing because it's been forever since I rode a skateboard and I'm relearning how to balance myself. This also means remembering how to lean in order to turn left and right while using the remote control. I also want to test out how well it will do on a hill climb. I think this is supposed to be able to go up a hill with a 15 degree incline. Excited to keep practicing. The remote control will also control how fast you go to so it's different from just riding a skateboard. It's like riding a skateboard but playing with an R/C car at the same time except you are the R/C car! So don't crash! LOL. It would be head to be able to use this to get to my in- laws since the live less than a few miles one way so I should be able to nashe a round-trip off a nearly full chargein theory.

Convenient LCD Remote Control
The LCD remote control on the M2S allows for easy switching between speed modes and control over acceleration and braking. So convenient!
