Does this have to be refrigerated?

We don’t keep it refrigerated. We buy several at a time and then drink it throughout the week. Our fridge simply doesn’t have room for all the bottles. Once it has been opened, though, it’s ALWAYS refrigerated.

Is this black iced coffee or does it have milk with it?
