Have been using these to keep a balanced pH for about 2 yrs! They are great. If you have issues where you are super sensitive and need something to keep your pH controlled these work wonders!

I really didn’t trust the comments because a lot of these folks just be trying to sell you stuff but these I’ll be taking for the rest of my life 🤣🙃♥️ I like how you don’t constantly need to insert these you can go sometime without them I normally just use them for two to three days after my 🩸 , for everyday wash I use their "Refresh ph balancing shower gel" which is also a 10 out of 10 🤭
