It helps me from turning side to sleep at night which helps prevent wrinkles on the face. It is soft but has enough firmness. It takes me a couple of night to get used to it though but it is good now, only thing is I wish it is a little wider on the size.

I've been trying pillows for many years and my chin would always dip into my neck and k hated that! This pillows prevents that by keeping your chin upward. I'm having an easier time breathing and sleeping better!!! It does smell weird but I sprayed lavender over it and it helped

As I get older, I'm trying to think of natural ways to fight aging. I have always been a stomach sleeper, but I like sleeping between 2 pillows and it does help me sleep on my back. That is what drew me to this pillow. It gives the sensation of laying between 2 pillows so your head is cradled. Some unexpected but awesome things as well, I think I have slept better and fall asleep faster now, after working at a computer all day, this helped with my tech neck and don't have that nearly as much now, I recent got 2 new piercings in my right ear, this allows me to just tip to my left a little and perfectly avoids that ear which has worked out great while it heals. I would buy again!

I'm trying to train myself to sleep on my back. This pillow is comfortable and encourages back sleeping but I can still turn to my side should I want.

Good pillow, but way too low

Before I bought this pillow: I have a great mattresses from sleep country (spring plus foam topper) and a nice bed. However, in the last few years, I noticed having a great pillow matters even more. When I threw away my old memory foam cooling gel pillow, I was using cotton stuffed pillow that wasn't really comfortable. I am a back sleeper and some days when I am exhausted or sleep in an awkward posture, my neck used to pain and make it miserable until I go for registered massage. I got fed up and started researching on pillows. I read reviews on amazon and watched youtube videos on pillows to determine the type of pillow that suits me most. I narrowed down my search on amazon to cervical pillows with neck pain relief and I choose this one as I got a good deal and the percentage of people happy with it were more. After trying this pillow [almost 2 months now]: This pillow has been magical for me. As a back sleeper, this pillow has provided very good support and I hardly had any issues since using it for almost 2 months. This pillow is neither very firm nor too soft or cushy. It has a perfect balance b/w the extreme ends and neck support does wonders providing relief when I go heavy on shoulders in the gym. I move around few times during sleep and the pillow has accommodated my neck or head movements giving me good support and great sleep. Overall, I would definitely recommend this pillow and , if you have issues with neck, please don't hesitate to order one. It is worth every penny and do watch out for good deals!!!

I've had a lot of neck and shoulder pain, and every few days would "sleep wrong" and spend days trying to recover, only to start the cycle all over again. I decided to try this very strange looking pillow! I wasn't sure at first...I couldn't get comfortable or figure out how to use this pillow, and was considering returning it. I was very comforted by the "try it for 100 days" stamped on the package...that was really, really instrumental in me sticking it out and trying it for longer. We went away on vacation and I decided to bring the pillow with me and keep trying it. Well, I'm so glad I did.. This pillow has been fantastic. I love that I can sleep on my side, stomach or back and it works for all of that. Since getting used to the pillow, I no longer have the horrible "sleep wrong/recover/sleep wrong/recover" cycle that I was having with my regular pillows. The firmness is just right, and has immensely helped my neck and shoulder pain. I'm so grateful!

Comparisons: I've tried the big brands: Purple and Coop, Ombusform pillows but they gave me headaches. No matter how I adjusted the height, I had trouble falling asleep. I'm 5'2" but I must have a deeper skull depth but with a small shoulder. The other pillows either didn't cave in for my head properly, or were not supportive enough for the neck or the lower setting was way too high. I also have bamboo pillows, memory foam, shredded memory foam, hexagon (Purple) cooling material, feather etc. I get really hot headed so it's hard to find something that makes me feel comfortable enough to fall asleep. I have tried this pillow for 2 weeks now and I would like to give it a 4.5 stars review. I'm a back sleeper who very occasionally sleeps on my side. The height works for me because of the little neck ramp and the head (toilet) hole seems to be a very close fit for my skull depth. I'm finally not having headaches caused by the expensive Purple pillow BUT the memory foam does heat my head up more. To cool it off, I'm using an Amazon silk pillow case on top. For side sleeping, the sides aren't high enough. I co-sleep with my toddler. If I turn over to comfort him and fall asleep on my side in the process, the side sleeping parts aren't high enough, nor supportive enough. I end up feeling a little uncomfortable if I sleep with this pillow on my side. However since I sleep mostly on my back, with my head depth and the pillow's comfortable neck ramp, this is a great improvement towards my sleep. I just wish it wasn't as hot!

While it's not a game-changer, it does add a little extra comfort and relaxation to the overall experience. Cons: Foam Off-Gassing: One minor downside is that the foam does have an off-gassing odor for the first day or two. It's not overwhelming, but it's worth mentioning for those who are sensitive to smells. No Pillowcase Option: Unfortunately, the design doesn't allow for covering it with a standard pillowcase, making the cleaning process a bit more complicated. It would be great if there was an option to purchase a compatible cover separately. In summary, this neck support pillow provides excellent support and comfort, with a few minor inconveniences. The foam off-gassing is a temporary issue, and while the lack of a pillowcase option makes cleaning a bit tricky, it's not a deal-breaker. If you're looking for a comfortable and supportive solution for neck comfort, this pillow is worth considering.

I bought this pillow for myself, but I did not like it. I found it too hard and too high for my comfort. My husband tried it and LOVES it. He has used it for a year now and swears by it.
