ROVSUN Popcorn Machine with 10 Ounce Kettle Movie Theater Style

Item is as expected. Processing and shipping was quick. Original delivery date was December 26th but was delivered on December 23rd. Extremely satisfied with the product at this time.

Great popcorn machine! We use it at Church, easy to clean and pops great popcorn! Great “money-maker” for our at events for our Church.

So far, we've made about 6 batches in it and enjoy its ease of use. The only potential issue I currently see is the kettle handle. The end that is meant to keep the kettle from being flipped accidentally touches the glass door. When popping, the vibrations make this metal piece rattle against the glass and push the door open. I need to stand at the popper throughout the process to keep the door from opening and popcorn flying out. I'm concerned the metal vibrating against the glass may cause it to shatter at some point.

If I could give it no stars I would. This broke only five months after the warranty was up. I contacted the seller to get a response of you’re out of warranty and that’s it. I paid almost $300 for this and it only lasted 11/2 years. I used it maybe 12 times to have it break and have them not even offer any kind of help.

This product did what it should, therefore gets an average rating. Seems cheaply made though. I'll be interested in how long it lasts.

It was not as big as I thought it would be. It gets the job done, but I was hoping for something a little bigger.
