Review: Cordierite Baking Stone - I really like this stone ... it seemed a bit intimidating at first with the long seasoning process, but I just leave it in the oven and let the heat work it's magic. I've used it several times now and love it's performance. It stained pretty badly right away, but I really don't care about that - as long as it bakes my pizza, I'm happy. It's a lot lighter than I expected, holds the heat well and bakes a beautiful crispy, browned crust. Very happy with this purchase!
