Just what I was looking for!
Great quality and nice looking shower head with the perfect amount of flow. I was debating on a rain shower head but we live in Arizona and are practically in a drought so this seemed like the better choice

Great valve, fit was great and easy to install. Very good quality as well. Didn’t like the fact there no pressure from the new shower head, found out it has a water saver that needed to be removed to prevent low water flow

Perfect replacement for my Pfister Avante. I did have to also buy the retrofit kit but that was much less expensive then hiring a plumber to in updated cartridge valve

Perfect replacement for old phizer set.
A straightforward replacement was possible with my previous set. The fit and finish were adjusted to accommodate the correct shower valve, necessitating minor adjustments for optimal water pressure. This led to a radical transformation of the appearance of the shower.

No adapter available for new trim piece
The handle on the new valve cover (that replaces the older tarnished one) sticks out about an inch. The lady who responded to the 1-800 number when I called to order a reducer piece said there was no such thing andI that I needed to purchase a newer valve to remedy the situation. My valve was replaced about 4 years ago and should function for another 10 years at least. Since the new handle fit inside the older model valve, why is there not an adapter to reduce the distance from the wall to the handle? This is unacceptable, Pfister! I am disappointed and you just lost me as a customer.

Recieved this product only to realize after installed that the small cap that goes in the handle is missing. This was bought as a returned item. In the guarantee it states that all merchandise has been inspected and refurbished obviously this is not true on this set. Unable to up load pictures ,permission on app is allowed. Alan wrench also missing.
