These pills are great, I'm even shedding a few pounds.

When i saw that, i immediately thought "that seems excessive" especially how it's over 2000 milligrams. So, i took two instead... Thirty minutes later, i immediately had an allergic reaction. My lips got so swollen that it looked like i recently got Botox on my lips. Then my left arm started getting these random bumps. I immediately started drinking water and milk to dilute the effects. I'll try with one pill next time, if that doesn't work then i can't personally recommend this item. It's also concerning that this isn't FDA approved.... Update:: Took one pill this time and i didn't get an allergic reaction. But it still felt heavy in my stomach. So, I'd say this: take one after a meal. Drink lots of fluids too. I'm going to take this every other day. Update 2::: So, I finished taking the whole bottle after taking one pill a day, everyday. No allergic reactions after that first time. I have to say that one thing that I noticed after a week of consuming it, I had better mental clarity, better focus and felt better overall. Could it be a placebo affect? Who knows but I think it could be from this. I like it and I bought a second bottle and I also raised the scoreo. I'll do a third update after I finish the second bottle.

Unbelievable change. I am type 2 diabetic and have always kept a1c under 7.0 since being diagnosed 1.5 years ago. I began in 12/2025 at 7.3 at annual physical. My dr recommended Metformin but I convinced her I could lower numbers through diet and exercise and I have. However I couldn’t get my numbers under 6.5. May 2026: I started this supplement May 24, 2026. My 7 day blood sugar average has gone from 6.5 to 6.2. My average glucose in 7 day has gone from 137 to 121. I also take a high quality supplement (Thorne) Berberine that I started two months ago with approval from my liver specialist.

Feeling lighter & cleaner with less abdominal discomfort after one week. Working towards lowering my A1C these next 90 days & definitely notice a difference physically so far.

Just began taking this stuff. Don't know what the results will be. However, the capsules are much more friendly than drinking apple cider vinegar and cinnamon mixture.

I got this a few years ago and have been using it and love it. I believe it has helped me maintain good sugar levels. The only slight issue I have with it is the size. Normally I am good at taking pills but every now and then this gets a little stuck and I have to really wash it down with a ton of water. It does not always slide down easy. But for what its suppose to do, I would 100% recommend.

I use this to keep blood sugar at bay. I’m happy to take this to try to get sugar under control and get away from meds

The Supplements have the right balance of turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon. The capsules are a little big for me so I break them open and add the contents to Greek yogurt and berries. Would also be excellent for smoothies. With consistent use I see less bloating and feel better overall.

Expensive and effects questionable but has a nice cinnamon apple taste

I consumed one full bottle. I do not see and feel any notable change after finishing one full bottle. Can not tell if it is worthy to keep on! I stop for now.

A good natural supplement to suppress my anxiety eating. I wasn't expecting to shed a lot of weight, rather find something that would help me get to the root cause of my weight gain which was eating unnecessary snacks between meals. I take one before big meals and it helps! I'm one month in and it is very beneficial for me. Would recommend.
