Casio AE1200 Series Black/Green LED Illuminator World Time, Green, AE1200WHUB-3AV

I have purchased several watches since this Casio and always come back to this one in a few days. It's incredibly functional, comfortable, and attractive. I've worn a watch my whole life, so I want my watch to tell the time first and foremost. I don't want to have to raise my wrist or press a button. This classic watch displays tons of information at a glance. The controls are clear and intuitive and the extra functions are actually useful. The world times are easy to set and I like how you can store 4 of them for quick access while also being able to scroll through the whole list of time zones. It has the great Casio durability and has withstood some serious abuse while looking basically brand new. I DID make a makeshift screen protector with packing tape which took a couple minutes, and now it's basically invulnerable. The water resistance is fantastic and the band isn't uncomfortable when drying. It also has a really smart anti-odor nylon band which works really well. It's easy to wash but never gets gross in the first place. (I've tried replacing the band and have returned to the original band every time too). Backlight is fine. I love the orange. Better than average for a Casio since it has multiple (two) LEDs, but not quite as good as their EL backlight. I absolutely love this watch and this color combination is uncommon. Definitely recommended.

This is my 7th casio watch. This one match with my work outfit/jacket. This is my first casio royale and definitely not my last one. Took one star because I feel like the pushers are a bit sensitive. I work in forestry and sometimes I bump my world time button and it switch the time on me. The solution is to put all 4 time zone at your home time. Definitely a unique little watch and I love the green.

Value for money item

This is possibly the best watch of all time. It has every feature a watch should have. It's highly accurate. 10-year battery. It's rugged enough for every day use. The nylon strap on this model is far better than the standard resin straps most plastic Casios come with. And, if you're ambitious enough, you can modify the watch with metal aftermarket cases and straps. This is my second. I also own the all black model. If they added tough solar I'd buy it.
