I love my new “J” pillow! I slept great hugging this and wrapping a leg around it. My arms, shoulders and hips feel so much better with the support it provides and I slept like a dream. The pillow is firm enough to align your body correctly and keep it in place all night. I agree with others that the pink cover is not “cooling” but I think it was a great find regardless.

I purchased this J-shaped body pillow after a severe leg injury (a shattered tibia, broken fibula, and 3 broken bones in my ankle). Once I was finally cleared to try side sleeping, I absolutely could not find a comfortable position—until I got this pillow. * Perfect Alignment: It perfectly propped my leg up and kept it completely parallel to my other leg, preventing it from dropping off or twisting down by my ankles. * Gradual Progress: Thanks to the support, I was able to slowly build up my hours at night and finally sleep on my side in total comfort again. * Long-Term Relief: I am now 8 months out from my breaks and I still use this J-pillow religiously every single night. It keeps my leg and ankle from getting sore by preventing them from resting in an off position. If you are recovering from surgery, an injury, or just need excellent joint alignment, this pillow is worth every penny.

I upgraded from a J-shaped body pillow and the S-shape is a genuine improvement — specifically for arm support. With the J-shape I’d wake up with nowhere comfortable to put my top arm; the S-shape solves that by giving you something to hold at the top while still supporting the knee gap at the bottom. The cover is soft and, more importantly, washable, which matters a lot for something you’re sleeping against every night. One honest correction to the listing: I wouldn’t describe this as cooling. It doesn’t trap heat the way some pillow fills do, but it’s not actively cool either — manage expectations there. The fluff time was faster than the 24–48 hours the instructions warn about; mine was ready in a few hours. One specific observation that may only apply to me: if you also sleep under a weighted blanket, turning over in the night will wake you up — the combination of the pillow and the blanket’s weight makes repositioning a whole event. Under regular sheets it’s completely fine. Good pillow overall, just not a cooling one.

I am so in love with this! The curve is perfect and it fits snuggly to my body. I love that it has a removable cover so I can wash the dog hair off occasionally. I was a bit confused when it arrived in completely compressed plastic bag but it was easy to rip open and the whole pillow instantly expands. I think this pillow holds up nice and doesnt deflate like some can.
