Arabic sticker on the back states Ertheritol
The Arabic sticker on the back of the pack says it contains erytheritol , despite english says Allulose+ monk fruit. So not sure if this is Allulose or Ertheritol!!

Great sugar substitute
I had tried monk-fruit only one other time and didn’t care for it just tasted bitter. I have been told it has a lot of benefits and good for diabetics. So, thought I would try one more time and try a different brand. So, glad I did, this is so much better and I love both the brown sugar and regular sugar substitutes. I would like to try baking with it however it comes in a pretty small bag and cost is pretty high I think it would be awesome to bake with though. If it were cheaper I would definitely use it in place of sugar and brown sugar every time. Definitely feels like a straight across exchange for sugar. Not overly sweet. Mixes in really well.

Just as I expected. The texture and sweetness and value all great. It pours like regular sugar. Measures the same. But taste an baking require a little more to be sweet enough

the best sugar substitute
I was so pleased to discover this plant-based sugar substitute. Unlike saccharine, stevia, and other formulas, this monkfruit/allulose sweetener has no strange aftertaste, no effect on digestion. The very fine powder dissolves easily in hot coffee and cold smoothies. It’s pricey but worth it.
