Edit to my first 1 star review. The knob didn’t work at all. I have a 2021 WRX with a different aftermarket knob. This product seems a little on the cheap side but I wasn’t able to test it out. Upon requesting a refund the seller took the time to email me about the issue and we were able to handle it without any issues. That’s great customer service and rarely found nowadays. Thank you to the seller for being a good business. One improvement I would recommend would be adding a little weight to the knob. It’s a little lighter than my aftermarket Mishimoto tall shifter knob. The Mishimoto is great but gets extremely hot in during summer months and the weight is perfect for an easy shift. This product is light enough to notice a difference but not too bad overall. If it fits your car it’ll be a great knob, IMO. The leather might break loose but a little glue would probably do the trick.

Looks nice, looks great in my car. Installation is easy, but the sturdiness of the product is crap. Let me explain: it’s 3 pieces, plus the screw holding it together. Imagine a toilet paper roll, a top piece and a bottom piece, and a screw going into the bottom piece going all the through into the top piece where the threads are. This eventually completely fell apart when the screw came loose. (Which was less than a month of use) The top and bottom piece I believe are just snug fitted(maybe a bit of glue?) When I brought it inside, there was grease inside, Which I believe is why it didn’t hold together. I cleaned it up and used JB Weld on the top and bottom pieces, the screw hole and the threads. It’ll probably never fall apart again haha. The item is nice, the construction is nice, it’s just poorly assembled. I’d suggest taking it apart and doing what I did before you install it.

I put this on an industrial truck, as the lever end for a Bartlett Lift 5th wheel hoist, in an Ottawa truck. The truck came from the factory with a cheap round knob, and I wanted a longer handle for more leverage, as that control gets continual use during operation. Had some initial doubt as to the durability of the plastic inserts, in an industrial use. The post it went on is a standard 1/2", 18 threads-per-inch coarse thread. The largest adapter was very snug, going onto the post. Had to be careful to start it threading onto the post straight, and not crooked. Once it started on, I had to get both hands on it, and really reef on it, to get it to cut threads into the plastic, and get it thread all the way. I can likely back it off, if I ever need to, but probably won't. It's very sturdy, and I'm pleased with it.

The applied finish has defects, but more importantly, the inserts for different threads are PLASTIC and will fail. There are not even threads on the inside, just a bare hole with no way to attach it to a threaded shift lever.

So i have a '22 Civic SI and i wanted to move away from the stock shifter. When you see this shifter right out of the box, it looks small. Do not be deceived as it is the PERFECT height for the car. It transforms the shifting experience to a more casual and laid back one. Short throw shifters are actually not fun and they make you somewhat anxious to shift quick and fast. This allows you to smoothly shift with enough torque to get into gears very smoothly. Quality is actually really great for the price point. I'm not sure if it is aluminum but it sure does feel like it. Also the paint finish is great. I am very impressed.

Its only 17$ so really cheap and got here in 2 days so that was the only plus. Feels super light, and when i shift it feels like it will just snap in half honestly. The screw on adapters are a cheap design, basically you get what you pay for. After a week of having it the middle part started to free spin and everything just feels loose. I wouldnt buy again honestly unless you need one asap because of fast shipping.

The original shift knobs that come with this shifter are not optimal. They appear to be a compromise. The round shifter is a bit large in the hand and the sequential bump shift knob is too fat and too short for precise shifting. Problem solved: swap out the old with Abfer shift knobs. Many Abfer knobs come with several adapter sizes. The 12mm adapter fits the CSW SQ perfectly. Add a little lubricant and the knobs go on and off easily (careful as some of the Abfer knobs use a different adapter set). I have collected most of their knobs and I can really tell the difference. It’s a blast to quick swap them out to have a precise shift knob needed. I use this large aluminum shift knob for many GT and rally cars. Don’t forget to adjust the CSW SQ shift resistance, less for bump shift and more for H-pattern.

新品との商品説明でしたが、落下させたと思われる傷だらけのゴミが届きました。安さに釣られて買った自分が馬鹿でした。反省しています。返品処理など面倒なので、車両には付けずゴミ箱に捨てました。

スバルサンバーバンに付けました。 シフトがスコスコ決まって気持ちいです。

丁度良い位置で握りやすく良い

ホンダアクティに使用しています。 シフトが遠いので購入しました。 個人的にはちょうどいい距離になったと思います。ノブが長くなった分当然ストロークは大きくなりますが問題はないです。 まだ2週間程度の使用なので耐久性等の情報はないです。
