We had some issues... the first set of bars we bought came with no straps, no directions, and no hardware. Amazon was quick to get a return going and we ordered another set. The second set arrived with straps and directions, but still no hardware. At this point, we contacted the seller. They very quickly sent us a hardware set so we wouldn’t have to return and order again! Once we got the hardware, we got to installing the bars. Instructions were easy to follow and assembly was simple. The dowels seen a bit flimsy, but as we purchased them for our very petite 9-year-old, it doesn’t appear as though it will be a problem. The set is definitely decent for the money; you can purchase far better, but for the price point, they seem to be nice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ about this: *by W***W on May 3, 2018* The dowel rods could be stronger, these bend under my 115lbs. of body weight. The lock wood screws to secure the rods to the legs are soft aluminum so do not over tighten or the head of the screw will shear right off. Happened to one of mine.Putting it together was easy and I love it. I placed this on 3 door hinges at a door way to my craft room, and added 3 hooks on the other side. Swings open or locked in the closed door position. I love it. Just wish the rods were of hardwood. perfect size imo for an adult, but not commercial grade.
