Great value for money very slow to ease constipation. I found I needed to take this for a few days for it to work.

Fast, effective relief for those without a gallbladder! These tiny tablets pack a punch, with no nasty taste or texture. Easy to swallow, what feels like max strength, and great value for money. I took two every day for 4 days to clear a painful blockage, a last resort after struggling to receive healthcare, and while I did experience some cramps, nothing could have been worse than the pain I was already in, it felt as if I still had stones! I think because I took two, the results were faster, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend taking more than one unless you’re absolutely desperate. Overall, great easy-to-use product that does exactly what it says on the box with no nasty taste or texture

Works well I’d recommend taking in the morning rather than at night as it didn’t work at night for me, I got stomach pain at night and went to the toilet 😂but the pain didn’t last long, the pain is worth it as I feel relieved.

…but it’s worth it. I had to get something to help me out after being on a long course of medication that caused a bit of a back-log. My stomach was cramping a lot, very sore and uncomfortable, so I got onto Google to find something and that’s what I found these little monsters. I have to admit that I was slightly terrified after reading these reviews and did think twice about ordering them but I did it anyway. I left it to a Friday night to try them out, mostly because of all the reviews saying you need some time once it hits and thank the lord I did. Friday around 10pm I took it and within two hours, I could feel a slight niggling in my stomach but off to bed I went. The cramps woke me up at 6am. It had arrived. It was sore. Over and over, fart after fart, the cramps kept coming. I had zero plans so I lay in my bed and went with it until it was time. It wasn’t pretty. Two sweaty smelly hours later it was time and the floodgates opened. My bathroom is about 10 steps away from my bed but when the feeling came across me, I thought I wouldn’t make it - thank god I was still in my boxers for easy access. It started off pretty solid and I thought I had got off lightly even though the cramps were insane but once you start, it just keeps coming and coming. The solidness leaves and the liquid arrives. The smell is horrendous. The heat is horrendous. The pain is horrendous. I never knew you could have so much liquid in you! About 20mins of the best fun I’ve ever had, it was over and boy did I feel better. The pain goes, the hard stomach goes. I think the porcelain lining of my toilet even disappeared! They really do work. Who knew such power could come from something so small. They definitely sort you out, but don’t make any plans for 12 hours after you take it and definitely don’t take it if you have work the next day. Will 100% use again if I feel I have to. I’ll just know what to expect this time.

One for me didn't work, needed 2. Take them at bedtime, by the morning you need the loo! Some reviews say really bad cramps but not so bad for me, just a relief to go to toilet tbh! Makes me go once in the morning snd then again a few hours later, but nothing that I can't hold till I get to the toilet. Everyones story is different i guess so Good luck!

Without being to explicit, does the job

First time I took these I took 2 big mistake. My tummy felt like a painful washing machine. So moving on I took one, the pain in my tummy even with one was horrible. Yes they work but there is kinda products out there

Works overnight. Slight pain in the morning but it’s doing its job. I don’t take in daily.
