Revitalize Your Body and Your Workout
This DVD will ignite your muscles and tone your body! I would strongly recommend that you view it in its entirety, paying close attention to the tutorials for the floor and mat work, prior to practicing it. If you are new to Pilates, exercise, or recovering from an injury like me(sciatica), you might benefit from using Teresa's "Bone Smart Pilates" first. She delivers explicit directions in all her DVDs and demonstrates not only what to do but also common mistakes so it really depends on your body as to what you can do in each DVD.The floor work is fantastic! The myofascial release ball invigorates the entire foot. Then she targets the big lower body muscles and marries them with the back and arms, awakening the entire body with plies creating a vibrant start! Teresa creates layers of intensity keeping your attention and enthusiasm.I love the way Teresa sequences her routines, each exercise building skills and strength or stretching and releasing muscles. She also includes some advanced movements like Teaser and Corkscrew, making them safe for compromised spines, yet very effective.I love my Enhanced Bundle. The myofascial release ball is an amazing body massager yet small enough to pack when traveling. The 2 seamless bands are so comfortable. The ball has more give than any ball I own, and her bands offer a variety of tension.Teresa's DVDs have changed my life. I've had various medical issues that have reduced or compromised my physical activity. Thanks to her "Bone Smart Pilates", my hips are stronger and my posture is taller so I was well prepared for Bone Smart Pilates AGING STRONG vol I. My stronger core supports my spine which is only 1/2 point away from osteoporosis so these DVDs are invaluable to me. In 2 months I turn 70 but I now feel at least 1 decade younger. Daily practice is my commitment and there's no better gift I can give to my body in 2018! Thank you Teresa for making it fun and inspiring me to come to my mat everyday and dance with delight at the end of the workout!

Safe, effective Pilates exercise for people with bone loss!
I've been doing Teresa's first BoneSmart Pilates DVD for a few years and am so glad she has released a 2nd one in Aging Strong. This new one is also very good, it's got some different exercises in the resistance bands segment and the Pilates segment is also changed with some different moves. I think this new one is a little more challenging which is great, I felt it more with some ab soreness the first time I did the Pilates segment. I love the fact that I can do Pilates without having to worry about the exercise movements being risky for my bones and I also like using the resistance bands for strength training. I like doing Pilates to keep my core strong as it helps my lumbar spine stay healthy. There are very few really good DVDs out there that take into consideration women who have osteoporosis/osteopenia and I think Teresa's is one of the best. Hope she keeps making new ones, I now have 2 to rotate as I still like and do her original DVD, Bone Smart Pilates as well. If you like doing Pilates yet worry that some of the movements may be risky such as the forward flexion exercises and also some of the twisting exercises, I highly recommend this DVD. Plus Teresa is a good instructor and makes it enjoyable!

The exercises on this DVD are perfect for core strength
I ordered this DVD because I have osteoporosis and am determined to do all i can to strengthen my bones and hopefully prevent progression of the disease. Even though i am a runner, I felt that I wasn't improving my core strength. The exercises on this DVD are perfect for core strength, stretch and balance. Teresa gives an excellent tutorial and goes through each and every movement so that you can be sure to do it correctly. Whether you have osteoporosis or not, this DVD is most definitely of value to anyone of any age who wants to develop core strength and improve overall fitness.Also, I had a problem with my DVD and Teresa was quick to respond and help resolve the issue. Rarely, have i experienced such personal and rapid response.

Does what it says it will do
I have many work out DVD. This is one of the best ones I've gotten. Easy to follow, and does what it advertised. As an older person with problems with bone density, this seems to be just what I need for my physical problem.

Safe for Osteoporosis. Fun and challenging
When I found out I had Osteoporosis I investigated what I had to do to modify my Pilates practice. Teresa’s DVDs were recommended in an Osteoporosis support group I am in. I am so glad I tried them! (I have all three!) This workout is challenging but safe for my back. Knowing the moves are safe is so reassuring. And knowing I am doing something to help build my bones is great! Teresa’s style is so warm and inviting. I highly recommend this, and all of her videos!

Safe and Gets Results
Through the years I have always exercised and have had many workout DVDs. Now having osteoporosis I was looking for something to supplement my walking and make other activities easier and be safe and effective.Knowing what moves to avoid and that Teresa’s workouts are safe and especially designed to help osteoporosis is very reassuring.This was a good investment! I alternate all Teresa’s workouts on all three DVDs. I can really tell a difference in my posture, less foot pain, less back pain. It helps me be flexible , strong, and keep moving. I highly recommend this video and all of Teresa’s workouts!
