**Q: The cuff is too big/small. What should I do? And how do I measure my arm circumference?**
A: The cuff fits the circumference of 8.75 - 16.5”. To measure, wrap a tape around your upper arm, midway between shoulder and elbow, keeping it snug but not tight. Place the cuff 0.8 - 1.2” above the elbow; two fingers should fit under.

**Q: How do I take proper measurements?**
A: Sit straight, feet flat, arm on a table. Ensure the cuff is at heart level. Check if the tube is fully inserted into the air socket. Don’t force it. Ensure it's not twisted or blocked. Stay still and press "START/STOP".
