It is actually a well designed piece. Easy to operate and clean. Consistent and expected result on every setting.

I love warm milk teas. Black tea. London Fog. Moon milk. Matcha lattes. Hot chocolate. They help me focus, center myself, relax, or start the day. But honestly I hate trying to microwave milk. It gets that skin on the top and it's just a weird experience. Same trying to heat it in a pot on a stove. This is a motherhecking game changer. It heats milk to the perfect temperature while it mixes whatever you want in it. I have not tried it with looseleaf tea, but I've used various powdered beverages and tea bags and it works great. I've been making matcha lattes every morning, occasionally having, an afternoon pick-me-up, and sometimes having a nice moon milk or golden latte in the evenings. I think it has a temperature sensor, but at the very least it has a timer. It never scalds the milk and it's never too hot. I get very consistent results. I haven't used the cold foam setting yet, but I get great results with the dense foam and the light foam settings It's also really easy to clean. I rinse any leftover foam out of it, put in a drop of dish soap and a couple inches of water, and clean it with a silicone bottle brush. I wash it immediately after every use, and my treat is still steaming and warm and delightful. Seriously. Game. Changer. I'm a little in love.

Nice replacement for my HadinEEon frother which I resurrections multiple times but the rubber gasket that sealed the bottom finally failed. The magnetic fully sealed bottom is a great solution, it spins faster, it makes amazingly thick foam even when using Trader Joe’s brand oat milk and it’s quite hot! I would give 5 stars but the base isn’t non-slip so it slides all over my counter. I had to glue a non-slip pad to the base to stabilize it so I committed to the unit. I am a bit concerned when I see people saying, ‘it died in the first three months.’ I am posting this on April 29, 2025 and will update my post in early August with more details! So far so good! 😁

This is a Great Milk Froth maker. Takes about 140 seconds to completely warm and froth 3 or 4 0z of cold milk/Creamer and ends with a pleasant chime to let you know it's ready. I bought this as a workaround to purchasing a 2nd Keurig K Cafe, which worked great but stopped working after a couple of years. This, and my older Keurig 2.0, makes a great latte using the 4oz. Strong, selection on the Keurig and 3 to 4 oz of milk and Sweet Italian cream. Very pleased.

Received the product on 10/15 , was pretty happy with it. Unfortunately, totally dead on 01/22. Not a long life. Would not turn on anymore. Very disappointed.

I wasn't really thinking about getting a frother but it popped up on my Amazon. I am now modifiying my review. The design is great. It worked really great for the first 5 months. Then there was the occasional problem of starting it and it being really loud and not frothing. I would start, restart, unplug, start again and then it would work. Mind you I don't use it everyday. However, I have only had it 8 months now ( October 31, 25 is when I purchased ) and I have alot of problems with it. I left a voicemail to the manufacturer, asking about warranty and sent to emails directly to them, they have NOT RESPONDED at all. Amazon has asked me (via email ) if the problem was resolved by manufacturer, my response is no. So in my experience I would not recommend buying from this company.
